The Garbutt House, also known as the House on Hathaway Hill, is one of Silverlake's most visible and notable homes.

Made entirely out of concrete, the ceilings of the Sitting Room were painted in a faux woodgrain to take on the classic look of oak.

Perched at the very top of Silverlake - The Garbutt House offers incredible and rare 360 degree views of Los Angeles.

Silver Lake Reservoir can be seen in its entirety from the Garrbut house rooftop.

Overlooking the Downtown Los Angeles, the dining room stands with marble floors and is maliciously decorated with polished wood furnishings.

With direct access to the roof, the Master bedroom overlooks both the rolling hills of Silver Lake and the Downtown area
